A1 Passive Fire is a privately-owned Queensland company and is a subsidiary of A1 Interiors Pty Ltd, established for over 30 years. A1 Interiors is a highly experienced fit out and refurbishment company, comprising of  Residential, and Facility Management divisions.

Having the support of A1 Interiors allows A1 Passive Fire to access significant resources including certifiers and experts in fire rated Walls & Ceilings.

Expertise

A1 Passive Fire has the required industry experience and expertise to address all levels of passive fire needs from small systems to large installations that provide compliance by achieving the requirements of the National Construction Code Part C3.15 Protection of Openings.

A1 Passive Fire provides a strong commitment to quality control during the project roll out phase. In addition to that, we hold the relevant knowledge and experience to complete the annual maintenance of passive fire systems to meet the requirements of the Fire & Emergency Services Act 1990 Sect 104D. Maintenance of Fire Safety Installations together with completing the Annual Occupiers Statement.

All systems installed meet the strict installation standard from the manufacturers and their NATA approved certification requirements.
