A1 Passive Fire were engaged by DTG Mech Services to provide passive fire advice, installation & certification for their mechanical services through the Amira Apartments building in East Brisbane.
Amira Apartments is made up of 8 storeys and 2 basement levels with a total of 75 apartments.
We provided managed certification for the penetrations installed by the client through the bounding walls of the SOU’s, and installed a large numbers of fire collars to the mechanical services risers.
The project also included damper installation and certification. The project presented a couple of curve balls which A1 Passive Fire navigated with great knowledge of alternated tested systems and ensured the client was given a compliant project on time & on budget
