A1 Passive Fire quickly became the go to company for the passive fire requirements for all companies on this project.
The job consisted of damper certification, installing fire rated materials to the communications & electrical cables as well as bussducts and fire rated board to provide separation between the diesel lines for the emergency generators.
An additional portion of this project involved identifying the deviations from tested systems that could not be completed to BCA standard to assist the Fire Engineer in producing their Fire Engineering Report.
After hours of research, site inspections and consultations, the project was able to be completed and signed off as compliant to the satisfaction of the Fire Brigade, Fire Engineer & the Building Certifier.
